FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Where are your free classes?
Live on our Facebook page. You can watch on Facebook and participate in the comments.
The class will be recorded so you’ll be able to watch the class again in the video category of our page.
Why do you teach Chinese free?
This is a very good question. We are a Chinese language school, we pay our teachers well and spend a lot of money to offer high quality Chinese language education both off and online.
The answer is simple though: We got tired of paying google for doing nothing. For a company to be visible on the internet it usually buys adverts on google, facebook etc. so people can find their products.
These adverts have become ridiculously expensive and we always wondered if that is what our customers really want.
Wouldn’t they prefer if we spent the money instead to create something that they can actually use instead of being shown an advert? So our aim is to get visibility on the internet by offering something nobody else does: Completely free, live online Chinese lessons taught by certified professional Chinese language teachers.
Our aim is to provide such a good product that you will be telling your friends about it or maybe post about the course somewhere on the internet.
You of course do not have to, but in case you did, it is much appreciated.
Can I join several different free classes?
Yes you can. It is possible to get involved with every class!
What do I need to join?
You need a working internet connection at least.
However, we recommend for you to use a PC with a webcam to join the classes. Also make sure you have a stable internet connection, are in a quiet environment and preferably use a headset.
What if I miss a class?
Do not worry, contact us, and we will help fill you in with the content.
When are your free Chinese classes?
Mostly on Mondays at 7PM China time.
Our monthly Q&A are on Thursdays at 5PM China time.

The frequency of two classes a week suits me perfectly well and since the number of participants is relatively small - like 4 or 5 people, everyone has a chance to participate.
For me it makes no difference to do it online or face to face. In fact looks like there are more advantages regarding flexibility and streamlined learning. Still having a lot of fun learning.
I never really wanted to do online mandarin classes, but during early 2020 I gave it go. Now I must say, I love it. I am a big fan of online classes. I enjoy it very much. Thank you LTL!
The reason why I want to learn Mandarin is that I have a number of friends and acquaintances in China and since I have been coming to China since 2017 I want to be able to talk with them in their own language.
I live in Holland and have tried to study on my own through YouTube and other media. The drawback as I see it is that there are no opportunities for live conversations. So taking your online classes is a great improvement in learning conversational Chinese.

The teacher Jason does a good job, he is kind and patient and encouraging.
So all in all I am very satisfied with the lessons and I can recommend them to everyone wanting to get a good grip on acquiring the Chinese language.

I never really wanted to do online mandarin classes, but during early 2020 I gave it go. Since then, I continued doing online classes.
Now I must say, I love it. I am a big fan of online classes.
It is more flexible, it doesn’t take as much time away from your day as it used to and it doesn’t feel very different than face to face class.
