LEARN VIETNAMESE ONLINE – FLEXI CLASS PRICES
Flexi Classes are a subscription-based model. You can subscribe using the table below depending on how many hours you wish to study.
Monthly | Purchase a set number of classes per month, from 4 to 40
Packages | Purchase a set number of classes for a longer time period from 3 months to 24 months
You can study from just a few hours a week or every day depending on your schedule. After you sign up you will immediately have your credits ready in your account and can start booking classes straight away.
BONUS |Vietnamese lessons are half the price of our other languages. That means that one group class costs 0.5 credits rather than 1, and individual classes cost 1.5 credits and not 3.
Yes we do. It might sound a bit crazy, but we really do offer that many online group classes. For each level one lesson is offered at every full hour of the day. That means 24 lessons per day. We currently offer three levels: Intro, A1 and A2, so that is 3*24=72 lessons per day.
That is more than 1,500 Vietnamese online group classes per month.
When do classes start?
Whenever you want, because we run classes around the clock, every single day of the year.
You can search for classes by level, time, topic, date, or other filters in the “Book a Class” section. Classes always start and finish on the hour.
How long is a single class?
One hour.
It is possible to study back-to-back lessons for bigger study blocks. This is entirely up to you of course.
How does the Flexi Class system work?
Our Flexi Classes are a subscription based system which allows you to not only learn Vietnamese online, but also Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Japanese and a host of other languages.
You can purchase credits for group or individual classes and redeem that at your own free will.
0.5 credit = 1 small group class
1.5 credits = 1 individually tailored class
Can I download the teaching materials used in class?
You can indeed.
For every Vietnamese class you take part in they’ll be downloadable materials as well as additional resources which you will have full access to.
The only difference is that an individual class needs to be booked 48 hours in advance. This is to make sure there is enough time to prepare your class.
There is no such restriction for group classes as the lesson is pre-prepared.
Can I cancel a class if my schedule has changed?
Yes, with ease! You can cancel your Vietnamese classes at any time.
You will receive full credits back for all cancellations that are made more than 72 hours before the class time.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance are not refunded.
Can I also study with LTL in person?
Yes you can. We offer 1-on-1 face to face classes in Saigon, Hanoi and Danang.
Do Flexi Class credits expire?
All credits are valid for a full month (31 days) from when you purchasedthem.
You can however book a class as far in advance as you want, as long as it’s booked within 31 days of purchase. So Flexi Credits have unlimited validity, but the booking needs to be me made within a month of purchasing them.
For group classes we currently offer three levels: Intro, A1 and A2.
For 1-on-1 classes we offer all levels from complete beginner to advance.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes you can and it is incredibly easy to do so. Just hit “Cancel” in “My Credits” and you will never be charged again.
After cancelling your account of course will still remain active. You can use all credits you still have to continue to book and study courses. You will continue to have access to your past classes, all study materials, teacher notes and the Vietnamese Flexi Forum. If you ever want to get new credits again, just click “re-activate” and you will have your new credits in your account within less than a minute.
