One week (Monday to Friday) of free language group classes. That’s 4 hours a day, totalling 20 hours for the week.

CONDITIONS
To qualify you must tick the following criteria:
- You have rated Flexi Classes at least 100 times during the last 12 months.
- Subject to small group classes availability.
- Maximum one free week per student per lifetime.
- Buy a LTL program and get your free week.

Can I study for longer than two week?
Yes, you can of course.

Can I claim a free week several times?
No, it is once one free week per Flexi student per lifetime.
Can I change my ratings?
No, once a rating and feedback has been made, it cannot be changed again later.
What if I rate more than 100 Flexi Classes?
You will still receive one week of free group classes, even if you rate more than 100 classes.
Please keep rating classes though and leave feedback.
Teachers appreciate feedback very much and it helps them to improve.
Are all levels available?
Yes, you can receive a free week of group classes for any level as long as there is an ongoing group class happening at that time.
Where do I leave internal feedback?
After taking a class you’ll see your Flexi Class in the PAST CLASSES section of the MY CLASSES page.
Here it will take you to rate each individual class.
What sort of feedback should I leave?
When internally rating a class, the best feedback is very specific and gives concrete suggestions for improvements.
FOR EXAMPLE || Instead of “Sometimes I found the class too difficult.” you could write…
“While I understood the vocabulary and speaking of the teacher well, I struggled to understand the main grammar point taught. We should have practiced more example sentences using the new grammar point.”
Are my ratings anonymous?
Yes, all internal Flexi Classes ratings are anonymous.
If you want a teacher to know feedback is from you, you would have to write your name in the comment.
Can I cancel my free week of classes?
No, once we arranged it for you, it is not possible to cancel or re-schedule a week of free classes.
Only ratings during the last 12 months count?
Yes correct.
To get a free week of classes the 100 ratings must have been created during the 12 months period before that week of free classes.
