Do you really offer group classes 24/7?
Yes we do. It might sound a bit crazy, but we really do offer that many online group classes. For each level one lesson is offered at every full hour of the day. We offer more than 1,500 Vietnamese online group classes per month.
Can I download the teaching materials used in class?
You can indeed. For every Vietnamese class you take part in they’ll be downloadable materials as well as additional resources which you will have full access to.
Can I cancel a class if my schedule has changed?
Yes, with ease! You can cancel your Vietnamese classes at any time. You will receive full credits back for all cancellations that are made more than 72 hours before the class time. Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance are not refunded.
When do classes start?
Whenever you want, because we run classes around the clock, every single day of the year. You can search for classes by level, time, topic, date, or other filters in the “Book a Class” section. Classes always start and finish on the hour.
