Can I take 1-on-1 classes if I choose Group Classes package?

Yes, you can. When you buy a package, you will receive certain amount of credits. You can spend them to either group or 1-on-1 classes. Similarly, you can use those credits to learn different language without buying another package.

How long does it take to finish a level?

It depends on the course you take. If you take Standard Course (4 hours per week), it will take 12+ weeks. If you take Intensive Course (10 hours per week), it will take 5 weeks.

Does FlexiClasses offer a course certificate?

Yes, we offer certificates to students who have completed at least 90% of a level.

These are certificates of completion, and they do not require any exams or tests. They are awarded to acknowledge your successful journey through our course material.

Can I move my classes to a different schedule?

Yes you can cancel any of the classes you book within a course. Cancel the class 3 days in advance and you will get your credits back. Then you can find another class that fits your schedule.

Can I take a break in the middle of the course?

Yes you can take a break by cancelling the rest of the classes you book within a course. Cancel the class 3 days in advance and you will get your credits back. Then you can find another course that fits your schedule, and book the classes to continue your progress.

Do classes expire?

Your unused credits will expire based on which package you buy. Click here to see the exact expiry date for different packages. You can spend credits to book a class beyond the expiry date.
