Can I take 1-on-1 classes if I choose Group Classes subscription?
Yes, you can. When you subscribe, you will receive certain amount of credits. You can spend them to either group or 1-on-1 classes. Similarly, you can also use those credits to learn different language without changing your subscription.
How long does it take to finish a level?
One level has 50 classes, so if you take a class a day, you could move up a level in less than 2 months. If you want to go at a slower pace, then 3 classes per week would take you around 4 months to complete the level.
Does Flexi Classes offer a course certificate?
Yes, we offer certificates to students who have completed at least 90% of a level.
These are certificates of completion, and they do not require any exams or tests.
They are awarded to acknowledge your successful journey through our course material.
Can I reschedule or cancel a class?
Yes you can cancel a class 3 days in advance and get your credits back. Additionaly, you can quickly cancel your reservation within 30 minutes of booking and get your credits back.
Do classes expire?
Your unused credits will expire after 4 weeks, and you will get new credits based on your subscription. You can still spend credits to book a class beyond the expiry date.
