Hokkien, a major dialect within Taiwanese, is primarily spoken in southern and central Taiwan, including major cities like Tainan and Kaohsiung. It’s the dominant dialect in everyday conversations, business transactions, and cultural expressions in these areas. Learning the language also allows you to communicate with older relatives, preserve their cultural heritage.

Does Flexi Classes provide individual lessons too?
Yes, the Flexi class system allows for small group classes but also tailored, individual lessons. Individual classes cost 3 credits compared to small groups which cost 1.
Will I study Traditional Chinese or Simplified Chinese?
Hokkien, or Taiwanese Mandarin, uses Traditional Chinese characters.
What is the average class size?
In our group classes, we cap the number of students at 5, with an average of 2 students per class. This ensures ample speaking opportunities for each participant.
