Booking and cancelling class policy

Booking New Classes:
– If you’re the first student in a class, bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
– If you join an existing group, you can book up to 10 minutes before the class starts.
Immediate Cancellation:
You can cancel any class within 30 minutes of booking and receive an immediate credit refund.
Normal Cancellation:
Credits will be returned as long as the class is canceled at least 24 hours in advance and while the credits remain valid.
Note: We have a rule for our teachers to wait for students for 30 minutes. And students only need to wait for teachers 15 minutes. If after 15 minutes, our teachers don’t show up, you can email us ([email protected]) for a refund.
