Why don’t I get credits back even though I canceled my class over 72 hours before?

In order to receive credits back, please make sure to:

• Cancel your class at least 72 hours before the scheduled time
• and while your credits are still valid.

Additionally, there is a button labeled “Immediate Cancel,” which allows you to quickly cancel your reservation within 30 minutes of booking if you need to change your schedule.

You will always receive credits back when you cancel within 30 minutes of the booking time.
