FREQUENTLY
ASKED QUESTIONS

What happens if I don’t find a fixed course that suits my availability?

We rotate our course schedule across three main time zones: Singapore, Paris, and US time zones. If you can’t fit into our offered schedule, we suggest booking flexible classes, where you have the freedom to study at any time you want while still being part of group classes.

Do I have the same teacher and the same classmates in a fixed course?

You will have the same teacher for all the lessons you book in the course, but you may have different classmates.

How long does it take to finish a level?

It depends on the course you take. If you take Standard Course (4 hours per week), it will take 12+ weeks. If you take Intensive Course (10 hours per week), it will take 5 weeks.

Can I change my schedule after booking a course?

Yes, you can cancel all your future bookings to switch to another fixed course that suits your availability. Remember to cancel at least 72 hours before the class starts and while your credits are still valid to get your credits back. You can then use those credits to book another course.

Do classes expire?

Your unused credits will expire based on which package you buy.
