The 36th Chamber Of Shaolin follows a student named Liu Yude who follows his activist teacher in a march against the Government. The Government, in response, destroys his school and kills many parents and students.

Liu Yude manages to escape and heads for the Shaolin temple to learn kung fu so he can get revenge.
