What should I do when I see no teacher assigned?

If it’s the start time of your class and you no longer see the teacher’s name with the system showing “No teacher assigned”. This usually means the teacher had something urgent come up and had to cancel last minute, rather than keeping you waiting.

In these cases, the system should automatically refund the credit to your account. If the credit hasn’t been refunded yet, please email [email protected] and we’ll make sure to sort it out for you.
